All employment offers are contingent upon an acceptable background check, motor vehicle report (MVR), and passing drug test results. Employees are subject to random, reasonable suspicion and workplace accident drug testing and annual MVR report processing.

Children's programming position offers are contingent upon the selected candidate obtaining the required Louisiana Department of Education (LDOE) Eligibility for Child Care Purposes background check with fingerprints. The LDOE clearance is renewed every 5 years.

Full-Time positions are eligible for and/or may elect to participate in the following benefits:

  • Pro-rated vacation & sick pay leave are based on employees hire date. Leave is then accrued quarterly based on years of service. 
  • Additional Benefits Offered: Health, Dental, Vision, Long-Term & Short-Term Disability, Basic Life & AD&D, Additional Voluntary Life & AD&D, Parochial Employee Retirement System (PERS) and a 457(b) deferred compensation retirement plan.
