3D Pen - 3doodler

A 3D pen lets you draw in the air with melted plastic, creating fun, freehand 3D shapes and decorations. This one is child friendly!

  • Freeform sculptures
  • Name tags
  • Decorative art
  • Simple repairs

What you'll need:

  • Bring ideas to sketch or trace. You can also just bring your imagination!

What we'll provide:

  • We provide the pen and starter filaments. Additional filament colors may be available.

Using the equipment:

To use the 3doodler, you can come during open lab time, make a one-on-one appointment or come to a class when one is offered. [LINK TO CALENDAR]

Other things to know:

  • The pen may be used by anyone ages 5 and up. Children ages 12 and younger must supervised by a parent or caregiver.
